I am reminded of the immense fulfillment that came from transferring knowledge, supporting, and guiding young minds on their educational journey. Job satisfaction goes beyond the salary; it resides in the genuine love for one’s work. Even in the face of challenges, I found solace in knowing that I was making a positive difference in the lives of my students. The ability to inspire, encourage, and challenge them to reach their full potential was an incredible privilege.

What made teaching truly remarkable was the opportunity to see the growth and development of each student. I learned to focus on their abilities rather than their disabilities, nurturing their strengths and fostering an environment where they could thrive. Witnessing their progress and accomplishments brought me immeasurable satisfaction and reinforced my passion for education.

The long hours invested in my teaching profession were never a burden but a labour of love. I willingly went above and beyond to prepare diverse resources, create engaging lessons, and provide the necessary support for my students. The appreciation and gratitude I received from them validated my efforts and served as a constant reminder of the impact a dedicated educator can have on young lives.

Leaving my last school was an emotional experience, as it marked the end of a chapter filled with meaningful connections and shared growth. The heartfelt expressions of gratitude from my students and colleagues were a testament to the positive impact I had made, reinforcing the importance of finding job satisfaction in one’s chosen path.

This year (2022), Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her Platinum Jubilee – 70 years on the throne. It’s been an eventful past few years for the British monarchy. For many of us, this royal milestone has been a time to reflect on our own lives and how we want to celebrate our own personal jubilees. The Queen has shown us that it is possible to have a long and successful reign by being humble, hardworking, and always putting others first. She inspires us to be the best we can be and to never give up on our dreams.

Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her Platinum Jubilee—70 years on the throne. Throughout her reign, The Queen has been a constant source of inspiration and motivation for her people. In times of hardship and adversity, she has provided strength and guidance. In times of peace and prosperity, she has encouraged us to strive for excellence. This Jubilee is a chance for us to reflect on all that The Queen has done for us, and to express our gratitude.

It’s easy to overlook the fact that Queen Elizabeth II wasn’t supposed to be queen in the first place.

Elizabeth was born in 1926, the daughter of King George V’s second son, and she had little hope of succeeding to the throne until her uncle, King Edward VIII, renounced his crown in 1936 to marry American divorcée Wallis Simpson.

Elizabeth was called upon to take the crown following the death of her father, King George VI, in 1952 at age 25. She began a historic reign.

In February 2022, the United Kingdom began a series of events to commemorate the queen’s Platinum Jubilee, which marked 70 years of service to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. From Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June there was various events as well to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee, with Thursday & Friday as bank holidays.

Queen Elizabeth II has shown to be consistent and long-lasting at 96 years of age. She lost her husband, Prince Phillip, who died at the age of 99 on April 9, 2021.

The love story of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip began just before World War II, when the future King Philip was a student at Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth and met his third cousin, Princess Elizabeth. The couple were married in Westminster Abbey on November 14, 1947, and King George VI gave Philip the title of Duke of Edinburgh shortly after the wedding.

Since Elizabeth’s ascension to the throne, Philip has been by her side, carrying out official duties on behalf of the queen and supporting her as head of state.

She had coronavirus in February 2022, which she described as leaving her “very tired and exhausted.”

So what have we learnt from the queen that we can apply in our relationship and life?

Here are some key lessons:

1. The first, is to never give up. Despite all the challenges she has faced during her reign, Queen Elizabeth II has persevered and remained committed to her duty. No matter what life throws at us, we should never give up on our dreams and goals.

2. The importance of being humble. The queen has never let her position go to her head. She remains humble and down-to-earth, always putting others first. This is a valuable quality that we should all strive to possess.

3. The importance of hard work. Throughout her 70 years on the throne, Queen Elizabeth II has worked tirelessly, setting an example for all of us to follow. No matter what our goals are in life, we need to remember that hard work is the key to success.

4.  The queen was married for 73 years, which is a clear display of commitment. Even when times were tough, she stuck by her husband’s side. This shows that even in relationships, we need to be committed and ride out the storms together.

5. From Queen Elizabeth II, we learn the importance of constancy and loyalty. The queen has been married to Prince Philip for 73 years, and she has remained devoted to her duty as queen throughout her reign. She is a role model for us all in terms of staying true to our commitments and never giving up on our dreams.

6. Queen Elizabeth’s story is also one of resilience. She was thrust into the role of queen at a young age, and she has faced many challenges during her reign. But she has always persevered, demonstrating the strength and fortitude needed to overcome adversity.

7. Finally, Queen Elizabeth II teaches us the importance of service. Throughout her life, she has put the needs of others before her own, and she has dedicated her reign to the service of her people. She is an inspiration to us all to always think of others and to strive to make a positive difference in the world.

We have been absolutely amazed and inspired by Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. It’s a new year, new you time! And that means trying new things and setting new goals. This is the perfect time to start fresh on a new resolution or goal for yourself in 2022. It’s never too late to improve your life. So think about what you want to do this new year 2022 and why it’ll help make your life better, then take some inspiration from these ideas shared by people who have done it before!

1.) Reminisce on the past year:

Reflecting on your accomplishments can help give you perspective in making future goals! Take some time at the end of each day this week to think about what went well in 2021 and how it made you feel – these memories will serve as motivation when things get tough later in 2022.

2.) Make time for yourself:

One of the most important things you can do for yourself is making time each day to relax and rejuvenate. Whether it’s reading, taking a walk, or just sitting in silence, taking some time for yourself every day will help you stay centred and focused throughout the year.

3.) Make goals, not resolutions:

Resolutions are often hard to keep, but if you set realistic goals instead, they’ll be easier to achieve. Break down your larger goals into smaller steps that you can work on gradually over the new year.

4.) Keep learning new things:

Try something new every week this year – whether it’s taking up a new hobby or going to a class at your local college, doing new things will help keep life interesting and make you feel more fulfilled overall!

Taking up a new hobby can help relieve stress and give you a sense of accomplishment. When choosing a new hobby, think about something that interests you and will challenge you mentally or physically. Don’t be afraid to try something – who knows, you might love it!

5.) Be kind to yourself:

We all make mistakes sometimes, but if you’re hard on yourself when things don’t go as planned, it can be really damaging. Try not to let anything hold you back – remember that everyone makes new year’s resolutions and most people break them!

6.) Make new friends:

If you’re new to an area or looking for new people, joining a club is always a great way to meet new people with similar interests.

7.) Eat healthier:

Making new year’s resolutions to eat better is one of the most popular new year’s traditions in most parts of the world. It can be hard with all the holiday treats around, but if you start incorporating new healthy foods into your diet now, it’ll help make sticking to these goals easier when January rolls around!

Eating healthy is always important, but it becomes even more so as we grow older and our bodies need different nutrients. Whether that means cutting out certain foods from your diet or trying new recipes, eating healthy will make sure you have plenty of energy throughout the day and give your body everything it needs for optimal health! So this year 2022 try something new – whether its going plant-based or adding in some whole grains – there are lots of options out there!

8.) Spend time helping others:

Volunteering is a great way to give back and meet new people. Volunteering has proven benefits for both mental and physical health – so this new year, consider spending some free time volunteering. You could also get involved through organised groups that encourage community service projects. Volunteering can also lead to new opportunities, both professionally and personally. There are plenty of ways to volunteer, so find one that’s right for you!

9.) Keep an open mind about change:

Change is inevitable throughout life, whether it’s moving to new cities every few years or new people moving into your neighbourhood. If you keep an open mind about new things, it’ll be easier to accept them as they come!

10.) Do something new every day:

It’s easy to get stuck in a routine and do the same thing over and over throughout the year – but this can leave us feeling unfulfilled with no sense of progress. Try learning something new each day, even if it’s just how to play a new song on an instrument or trying out a new recipe for dinner.

11.) Make time for family & friends:

Family is important at any age, so make sure you’re making time for loved ones throughout 2022. Even if you live far away from relatives now that you’ve moved out of your childhood home, try to make a point to call them regularly. Friends are also important, so don’t forget about the people who’ve been there for you throughout the years!

12.) Travel More:

Traveling is a great way to learn new things about different cultures and see the world. It can also be a great way to relax and get away from everyday life. If you’re looking to travel more in 2022, start by saving up for your trip and planning out where you want to go. There are plenty of affordable ways to travel, so there’s no excuse not to explore!

We know with Covid, this is likely to be difficult to achieve.

13.) Get Fit:

Staying fit and healthy is important for both your physical and mental health. And it’s never too late to start getting active! There are plenty of exercises that can be done at home or at the gym, so find one that works best for you. If you’re new to the gym, start by talking to a trainer or instructor who can help get you started on your new routine.

How to Feel Good When You are Feeling Low, or Feeling Down with Yourself: Tips that Helps

It’s difficult to feel good when you are feeling low. Whether you’re feeling down with yourself or just bummed out, it can be hard to find the motivation and inspiration that will help you feel better. The first step is acknowledging what’s going on inside of you; sometimes we don’t even realize how much our thoughts affect us! Once you know what your triggers are for negative emotions, it becomes easier to manage them and start feeling better. In this blog post, we’ll talk about some ways that might help get your mind back on track so that eventually those bad feelings disappear altogether!

1. Take a break from your current routine

Doing the same thing over and over will often lead to feeling down. If you’re not sure what else to do, take a few minutes for yourself

I know that it can be hard to find the motivation to switch up your normal routine, but you need a change of pace.

2. Do something you usually enjoy, even if it is just for 5 minutes

Doing something you enjoy every once in a while is an easy way to step out of the feeling down. The key is to do it for at least a few minutes.

Changing your surroundings, whether that means changing the location of where you are or doing something else entirely will often lead to feeling better. If there’s someone in particular who helps bring out the good feelings in you, just spending time with them can make all the difference!

3. Listen to music that makes you feel good

If you’re feeling stressed and down, listen to some relaxing music. It’ll help clear your mind and get rid of the bad feelings.

Some people use music when they’re feeling down to help them forget about the negative feelings and focus on something else.

If you want, you can also organize a playlist of songs that might make you feel better so that it’s easier to access them whenever needed!

I know listening to some good tunes does the trick for me sometimes; it can be a great way to feel energized and happy again.

4. Get out of the house and go for a walk 

Go for a walk! Fresh air is good for your health and soothes the soul. Besides, you’re never too old to get some exercise.

Taking a walk is an easy way to step outside of your house and feel like you’re getting some fresh air!

The key is that it doesn’t have to be for long; just get out of the house for at least 15 minutes. If it’s too cold or raining, go in the shopping hall or library instead.

If you’re feeling like you want to go for a walk but can’t get motivated, try these steps:

-plan out where you’re going and what time

-wear comfortable clothes

-make sure your phone is charged in case of emergencies.

If this doesn’t work, remember that there are so many other things to do! Go to the movies, out to dinner with friends or read a book.

5. Journal about what’s bothering you or write down three things that make you happy

I recommend writing in a journal about the things that are bothering you. It’s a great way to get them out of your head and it can help you see why they’re bothering you so much, but also realize that there isn’t anything you can do about them.

It’s also a great idea to write down three things that make you happy. It will help you find the good in your life and start feeling better!

You can do this on paper or with the medium of your choosing (I personally like my iPhone). This is an easy way to get yourself back into a positive mindset.

6. Find someone who cares about you and share your thoughts with them

Sometimes we don’t realize how much our friends can help us when we’re feeling down. If you have a friend who has been there for you in the past, it may be worth giving them a call and sharing what’s going on with you.

It’ll give them an opportunity to understand where your head is at and they might find some good advice for you.

A good listener can help you work through your problems and give you advice on how to solve them.

In Conclusion:

Feeling down is a normal part of life. It’s the way your brain and body are responding to difficult situations, such as losing someone close or having an argument with your spouse. But it’s not something you have to live with forever! Remembering nice moments from past experiences can make things feel less bleak in the present moment; talking about what really bothers you may be easier than thinking about it alone; staying active by doing things like walking outside or going for a swim can provide relief from mental fatigue and stress-induced anxiety; feeling good from feeling down – we hope

When we experience a negative emotion, it’s natural to want relief from that feeling. Sometimes you may feel powerless in the face of your own thoughts and emotions; however, there are some ways that might help get your mind back on track so that eventually those bad feelings disappear altogether. It all starts with identifying what triggered the initial negative reaction–whether it was an argument or just having too much work piled up at once–and then taking time away from these triggers for rest and relaxation like reading a book or playing guitar or listen to music.

No matter what’s going on in your life, stay strong. You will make it through this tough time and come out stronger than ever before!

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance that you are one of the many people who have been feeling stuck lately. Maybe your passions and talents aren’t aligned with what you do for work. Maybe it feels like life is passing by while you yearn to get closer to your dreams.

You know, I’ve met a few people who don’t think they can do it. They just don’t believe in themselves and that’s fine. But if you’re like me, you really want to find success and change your life for the better.

There are things you can do right now that will get you closer to your dreams of becoming the person you want to be. These 3 steps will put you on the path towards a successful life:

  1. The first step is finding the right mindset and setting yourself up for success. This means taking care of your needs by sleeping enough, eating healthy, and staying hydrated.


What’s your mindset? If you want to set yourself up for success, then it is important that every step of the process aligns with this. This includes taking a moment before beginning something new and asking: Why am I doing this in order to get started on my path towards change? It also makes sense if we identify our goals so that they can be broken down into manageable steps. No matter how many times these are reviewed or written out, there will never come a time when they should not be revisited because becoming stagnant leads us nowhere but back where we began from!

2. Another step would be finding a setting for success. If one doesn’t already exist in your home, create something interesting that will inspire creativity and positive energy into your environment. Once you’ve done this, it’s time to bring out the supplies!

3. You also need to be proactive in your search by using all the resources available to you: networking with others on social media or in person, looking at ads online or in print, and searching through industry-specific sites, sites where people share salary ranges for jobs similar to yours that are currently open, and business opportunities

We need to be proactive in order to make our dreams come true, but when you’re eager do start making progress on your goals, it can feel impossible with the world against you! It doesn’t matter if things are going well or not so good – everyone needs a break sometimes; even famous people get tired of doing what they love too much.

If you want to make your idea come true, I recommend that you search for an opportunity thoroughly by using all kinds of search engines.

Also, very important to Stay optimistic about your future and develop an action plan for how to achieve your goals.  Also Make sure that while pursuing your career, or other interests; spend time with friends and family too! We may not always get what we want.
